Paid plans are billed per workspace, monthly or yearly. You choose the workspace at checkout, and everything about billing lives in each workspace, under the Plan tab.
How billing works
No surprises, and no fine print hunt.
You pick the workspace
Buy a brand-new workspace in one step, or upgrade an existing one from its Plan tab. Owners and admins manage billing there.
Switching is instant and prorated
Move between monthly and yearly, or between Pro and Team, whenever you want. You only pay the difference.
Cancel without losing anything
Cancel keeps your paid plan until the end of the period, then the workspace returns to Free. Projects are never deleted.
Downgrades pause invited members
If a workspace leaves Team, invited members stay listed but lose access until the workspace is back on Team. Nobody is removed.

Do I pay per person?
No. One price covers the whole workspace, with unlimited reviewers. Whether two people look at a shot or twenty, the price does not move.
What does Free include?
A free account with 2 projects at a time, kept for 3 days, unlimited reviewers, public links, invited emails and a Drive connection. Good enough to try, and to annoy your coworkers once or twice.
My project disappeared after 3 days, is it gone forever?
Free projects expire after 72 hours. Subscribe to Pro or Team and the workspace stops expiring projects, so your annotations stay where you left them.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. Quick feedback needs no account at all: import a file on the homepage and draw on it. To keep work longer than 3 days, create a free account, then upgrade when you are ready.
How do I subscribe?
Buy a new Pro or Team workspace directly from this page or from your workspaces, or upgrade an existing one in its Plan tab. Billing is managed there later. No free month: the Free workspace is already there to try.
What about Education and Studio plans?
Schools and studios get Framink under their own branding, with unlimited members joining free. Pricing is set together with you: get in touch directly.
