Privacy policy

PIWOOZ (SIREN 928 297 852, 97460 Saint-Paul, France), publisher of Framink, is the data controller for the processing described below, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679, "GDPR") and the French Data Protection Act.

Using the studio without an account

Files opened from the homepage are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to or stored on Framink servers, and temporary data is released when you close the studio. Web page captures are generated through a third-party screenshot service that receives only the URL you enter.

Data we collect

  • Account: email address, password (hashed) or Google sign-in identifier.
  • Workspaces and projects: names, members' email addresses, access settings, plans.
  • Content and feedback: uploaded files (deleted after 24 hours unless stored in your Google Drive), annotations, comments, Done status.
  • Google Drive: an encrypted connection key, used only to read and write files in the folders Framink creates for your workspace.
  • Technical data: logs needed for security and error diagnosis.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the service and your account — performance of the contract.
  • Transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, feedback notifications) — performance of the contract.
  • Security, fraud prevention and debugging — legitimate interest.
  • Legal obligations — compliance with the law.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Retention

  • Account data: as long as the account is active, then deleted within 30 days of closure.
  • Directly uploaded files and public drop-offs: 24 hours.
  • Deleted content: kept 24 hours in the trash, then removed.
  • Share links: 24 hours.

Processors

  • Lovable / Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, email sending.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — network infrastructure.
  • Google LLC — Google sign-in and Google Drive, when you choose to use them.

Some processors are located outside the European Union. Transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. Write to giovanni@piwooz.fr. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
