Terms of use
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These terms govern the use of Framink, a service published by PIWOOZ (SIREN 928 297 852). By using Framink, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Framink lets you annotate images, videos, audio, PDFs, web page captures and 3D models. The studio can be used without an account; workspaces, projects, sharing and Google Drive connection require a free account.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and in the workspaces you manage.
3. Plans
Framink offers Free, Pro and Team workspace plans. Paid plans are currently offered without payment. Any future pricing will be announced in advance and will require your explicit agreement.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you import. You grant PIWOOZ only the rights strictly necessary to host, display and process it to provide the service. You guarantee that you hold the rights to the content and that it does not infringe any law or third-party right.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal, hateful, violent or infringing content.
- No attempt to disrupt, overload or bypass the security of the service.
- No automated mass use without authorisation.
PIWOOZ may suspend an account that breaches these rules.
6. Storage and deletion
Files uploaded directly to Framink expire after 24 hours. Files stored in your Google Drive remain under your control. Deleted content can be restored from the trash for 24 hours. Keep your own backups.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". PIWOOZ does its best to keep it available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Within the limits allowed by law, PIWOOZ is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting giovanni@piwooz.fr.
9. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may use a mediation service free of charge before going to court. Otherwise, the competent French courts have jurisdiction. See also the Legal notice.
