A VFX note such as “the edge slips” needs a precise frame to be actionable.

Inspect the shot

Open the rendered cut in Framink, step through the area where the composite changes and draw around the problematic edge. For a moving element, add motion path points across frames to show the intended trajectory. Write what to check: matte edge, scale, placement or timing.

Share the review with the artist and verify the retake at playback speed, not only on a still frame. Use a project to keep the feedback with the shot; a quick local review can be exported as annotated feedback.
