Approval is a decision about a specific version, not a vague agreement somewhere in a chat thread.

Review workflow

Review the exported asset and list outstanding visual changes as separate feedback. Once the revision addresses them, mark the retakes done and explicitly confirm the version outside the annotation where formal sign-off is required.
