Character design feedback should preserve what makes the character recognisable while identifying an actionable adjustment.

Review workflow

Open the turnaround or pose sheet as images. Draw a proposed silhouette only where readability is weak; note whether the problem is proportion, costume or expression. Check the change against the other views before approving.
