How to Collect Client Feedback on Images and Videos

Collect client comments on images and video frames in one place, then turn them into trackable revisions.

Clients often send a mix of screenshots, timestamps and email replies. Consolidate those notes around the actual media instead.

Define what needs review

Choose the current image set or video cut, and explain which decisions are open. Share a project link or restrict access to invited email addresses for private work. A quick local review is better for your own one-off annotations; a project is for collecting others' feedback.

Ask clients to point

For images, circle or draw around the relevant area. For video, pause on the exact frame and attach a short request. Encourage a separate note for each change so nothing gets lost in a long paragraph.

Track the revision

Review the notes with your team, mark retakes done as they are fixed, and send the new version for a focused check. For a lightweight first step, test the Framink studio with one image and one colleague. See also video review and feedback.

Try it on your own file

Drop a video, image, PDF or 3D model and start annotating. No account needed.
